display_value is the figure exactly as published, and is what to quote. value_numeric is the number behind it and must be read with qualifier: an observed_minimum is a floor, never a total; a suppressed figure has no number at all. A share carries the count it divides by in denominator. Every row carries its metric's definition and the source.

Country “xa” is Tracked African markets: Nigeria, Kenya and South Africa, each developer counted once. Egypt and Ghana are never in it. Withheld periods are included as rows with period_publication set to withheld and no values, so a gap in a series is visible rather than silently missing. Intensity bands (occasional, sustained, heavy) partition the all-intensity total. Ecosystem rows overlap and must not be summed.
