Release 2026-Q4· reporting Q3 2026
zkSync in Africa
How many of the tracked developers in each country contribute to zkSync, and how that changes. A developer counts for zkSync when they contribute to any project in it, as the source files them. Every count is an observed minimum.
zkSync across the tracked countries, Q3 2026
Shares are of each country's own tracked active developers. Changes compare the same ecosystem in the same country.
| Country | Share of active developers | Developers | Share of the markets' contributors | Developers, change on previous quarter | Developers, change on a year earlier | Share, change on previous quarter | Active again from last quarter |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Tracked African markets | 2.2% | ≥ 26 | — | not published |
Contribution intensity and tenure, Q3 2026
Developers in the ecosystem by contribution days in the quarter, and by time since their first contribution. Contribution days measure activity, not employment.
| Country | Occasional, under 10 days | Sustained, 10 to 49 days | Heavy, 50 days or more | Under 1 year | 1 to 2 years | 2 years or more |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Tracked African markets | ≥ 12 | ≥ 10 | not published | ≥ 19 | not published | not published |
